Server continuously crashing.

Well I don't really know why but the server continuously crashes and goes offline after someone tries to start it up, when I try to join it says;

Do you have a proxy server? If not, your server type is set to Velocity which is a Server Proxy Type. You can change it in the Settings Tab. Heres a list of possible server types:

Vanilla:
-Vanilla

Plugins:

Modded:

-Spongeforge

Proxy:
-Velocity
