Add-ons not loading

Whenever I go to addons the two boxes for installed and not installed appear but they don't load any add-ons so they don't do anything. I saw an older forum saying it could be a browser related issue and to clear my cookies so I did, but it didn't work. This picture was taken 3 minutes ago.

same. using store to get them causes error

It takes a lot of time to load the Addons in, so just try to wait.

TIP: Use the file manager for all plugins and not the addons TAB, it isn't maintained and is just worse.
