my friends(brothers in the same house) cant join minehut when the other one is currently on a minehut server, why?

my friend can't join a minehut server when the other one is on minehut, why

they just get put in a box and asked to write somthing but nothing happens, if they write it wrong they get kicked completly

Just make sure they get the captcha right and it should work
