Skript not reading files

This problem has occurred in the past and fixed itself, but it has been happening frequently now and I'm not sure what is causing the error. When I load up the server, sometimes all of the skripts will stop working, even if I didn't change anything from the last time I ran the server. The attached image shows that there aren't any errors, and that it recognizes the files (9 scripts), but doesn't register any of the data in the files. Previously there were about 80 triggers and 10 commands, and now it recognizes 0 of both. 

The server is running on 1.17.1, I've tried both Paper and Spigot (problem occurs with both), and the plugins I have installed are shown in the image below.

Any help with the problem would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Do it again, but this time look in the console. Send a paste of the error logs it sends. If there are no error logs, try reloading each script individually. Still won't work? Save all your scripts to your computer, reinstall skript entirely, and put them all back.

This usually happens when your skript version isn't supported by your server version (i.e. a 2.6 skript version on a 1.19 server). Try downloading the first version of skript that supports your server version.
