Recently, I tried to change the version of a free plan server from "1.17.1 (automatically updated)" to 1.19. Before I changed the server version, I even backed up the server. However, there have been a series of issues:
1. When I logged onto the server when it was changed to 1.19, I was in this black starry area and could not place or hit a single thing (possibly stuck somewhere in the void).
2. I logged off and changed the version back to 1.17.1, but I could not connect to the server after typing in /join in the lobby.
3. I attempted to restore my backup multiple times, but the world still suffers from connection issues. Additionally, sometimes a notification tells me that there was an error in the process.
What are some things I can do to try and fix this problem? Please PLEASE let me know! Any and all help appreciated.
