Server Not Going Online

When I try to start my server It says starting for like 15 seconds then It says offline and whenever I try to join it just sends me to the Minehut lobby. This started happening when I changed the version from 1.19 to 1.18.2 then I restarted the server. Is this related to the problem? Or is it a different Issue.

Your world is most likely corrupted. Delete the world or restore a backup.
