Custom Crafting Recipe Not Working

My skript isint working and ive tried everything i've thought of.

Heres the skript and a ss of the error:

on load:
  set {_small atomic device} to flint named "&2Small Atomic Device"
  new shaped recipe for {_small atomic device} named "&2Small Atomic Device" using tnt, glass, tnt, glass, obsidian, glass, tnt, glass and tnt with id "small atomic device"
  broadcast "&aCustom recipes loaded!"
