My server keeps crashing

[Big_Hunka_Munka]

(pls help/give any ideas) Whenever I start the server, I can move in it for like 20 seconds, then I get disconnected. Usually i can tell it doesnt work by going thru a nether portal, as only the portal chunk will load, and none will load besides it. Also, it completly reset my achievements. this is what appears in console whenever it crashes:
