Is a fake player plugin banned

I got offered a plugin that a friend coded and I wanna know if you guys think it would break the ToS

Nah it wouldnt so many servers use it just so you can't get copied and also i have a skript that kicks people if they do /plugins or a /plugins command that doesnt work at all

@EmptyRooms_I have a skript that hides it too but wouldn't it keep the server open 24hrs a day which means ur bypassing the always online plan?
