Shopkeepers not working

My server is a box server, and i've been developing for a little over 2 weeks now, but when i do /shopkeeper it says "an internal error occurred while attempting to perform this command." 

Can someone help me?

P.S. my server is a spigot 1.17.1 server, if that helps

rosa it doesnt work like that when someone most likely has plugins for 1.17.1 and cant switch or else there server will break

Either you have an outdated version of the plugin, or you have a newer version of the plugin but you're on 1.17.1, meanwhile the plugin is on 1.18x.

Get the proper version or update your server's version. Logs of the error in console when you do the command will help narrow down the issue, too.
