How do i made it so people can use commands on my minehut server with addons without giving op?

I have a lifesteal smp server and i have withdraw so other people can't withdraw their hearts because the command doesn't work for them and says they don't have permission.

Plz help and tell what i can do.

You should get a permission manager like Luck Perms and give them permissions for individual commands of your choosing, like withdraw etc.
