Putting a server onto an older version without it crashing?

*This is very important to me and others on my server, thanks!*

So I updated my server to 1.18.2, but now the Gsit plugin won't work, but putting it back to 1.18.1 crashes it, even though I only had it on 1.18.2 for a day and no one used any 1.18.2 items, commands, etc.

Is there anyway I can make it an very slightly older version without it refusing to open (crashing for an hour)?

And I somehow got Gsit to work o_o
