ive been flase banned for botting and the entire appeal section is whited out for me

hi, my Minecraft username is da1k i was doing the totem random server and when i joined the next server i immediately got false banned for botting i only own 1 Minecraft account I don't know how this happened but if you unbanned me id appreciate that i play with friends all the time on your amazing server.
