When will the plugins support vanilla 1.18.2?

I created a server, called wildlord, yeah, then I started build the spawn, open the whitelist, used settings, but, I started to realize that I cant download any plugins, even the worldedit is incompatible, so, I want to ask, when will the plugins able to support 1.18.2, is there a date, or it wont ever happen? I gotta reset the server if it wont ever happen, anyway, I hope that the plugins would be able to support "Vanilla" 1.18.2 as soon as possible.

Plugins don't work on vanilla minecraft. Plugins are a spigot/paper thing.
