Minecraft world not working even with mod installed

currently i am trying to create a server for me and my friends with the 'origins' mod installed.

i have both the mod and the server on the same version (1.18.1) and nothing seems to work, i tried everything, but whenever i join it tells me i 'have to have the origins mod (1.3.1)' installed, and leaves this:

 com.mojang.authlib.GameProfile@5487677c[id=<null>,name=ThePugLord_,properties={},legacy=false] (/240.4.3.230:40124): This server requires you to install the Origins mod (v1.3.1) to play.

message in the console, if anyone has any ideas or advice they would be very much appreciated.

@ThePugLord_ I suggest checking your "mods" folder via %appdata% and making sure it's directly inside the folder, and making sure you have Forge or Fabric while you're opening the game and making sure you have the mod as well for fabric in order to run it.
