Combatl log skript needed

So anyone know or can make a combat log skript that if they log on when hit. They have to wait 20 seconds. And if they log on within that 20 seconds there inv drops on the floor free for anyone to pick up. It has to be 20 second cool down and also. I want it to give them a msg in chat like. DO not log off. Wait 20 seconds to log off. Or your inv will be dropped on the floor. Free for anyone to be picked up. If you need more details here is simple.

Custom msg like Do not log off wait 20 seconds

Once the 20 seconds are over send in chat. You are safe to log off.

If they log off within the 20 seconds make there inv drop on the floor.
