Server randomly does /save-off and /save-on immediately after with no input from mods

In my paper 1.18.1 server, the console randomly shows /save-off and /save-on without any input from mods, randomly turning automatic saving off and on. No one has entered these commands. It happens at random times, even if I am the only one in the server. Any idea why this might be happening, and how to prevent it?

This happens when your server is being saved automatically, it was changed to do it this way to prevent lag
