Server doesnt start and crashes every 10 or 5 minutes and outdated

When i do /join (server) the server doesnt start up and i get teleported to the lobby when i try to start the server manually on the website i click start then wait 30sec and then when im like in the settings of the server it says "start" and not "stop restart" please help!

and another problem server crashes (or just stops) every 10 mins or 5mins and when i choose an other version for the server (automatically updated 1.17) it says sorry server is outdated when i try to join
