plugin is red when you do /pl and when you join the server it says "outdated version"

when i do /pl in my server some of the plugins are red (TAB and more) how can i fix that? and when i want to join my server it says "uotdated server im still running 1.17 (using paper 1.17 auto update default setting) how do i fix that? any my server just goes offline after 10 or 5mins why does this happen?

Well try 1.18.1 Becuase minehut Im pretty sure made everyserver go to 1.18.1 which ruined many servers try that. or just try 1.17.1
