Server doesn't be activated

Sorry for my bad English

After I press Activate button, it just shows me the "Start" button and doesn't start even if I press the start button again tho

So I tried Hibernating the server in the Danger section and activating again several times but it doesn't work

Every time I press the start button, It shows this: 

Server starting, setting up fifo connections and writing server ready.

/home/minecraft/signal/start_cmd: line 1: unexpected EOF while looking for matching `''
/home/minecraft/signal/start_cmd: line 2: syntax error: unexpected end of file

In the live console, sometimes it shows me "an unknown error occurred" text or both of them

I tried resetting the server and the world

I made one more server to check if the new one can be activated and is actually playable but it was similar to the previous one

I tried deleting some files ending with *.json from the first server but I think that's insignificant

afterall that didn't work

It's okay to play on the second server only

What should I do?
