/world doesn't work, is my world lost?

Since Minehut has been having trouble fixing the /worlds command for so long now I fear my world might be lost. The world I had uploaded was from my old laptop and through time my friend and I worked on it a lot on our minehut server. I'm talking like a whole city and so much hours spent building. I don't understand what's going on and why after a year or so it's still broken. I mean they can take all the time they need I would just like to be updated on how it's going and if there is a chance I'll ever see my world again.
