An internal error occurred while trying to perform this command | Shopkeepers Plugin

I recently installed the Shopkeepers plugin, and when I perform "/shopkeeper" or "/shopkeeper create", I receive the following error message: "An internal error occurred while trying to perform this command". Someone help!!

When performing "/pl" it appears red. I dunno if that helps..

This is due to a plugin compatibility or server version issue. Check the plugin's known versions and your server version, and see if the plugin is outdated.

Edit: Fixed it! Install new citizens version and put server on newest version! Your welcome!
