Muted (yes ik just read please)

Ok listen before you read this and just think im talking stupid, i was talking to someone in the lobby and they wanted to join and help me with my server ok, now, mind you i haven't been on minehut in a few weeks (check my username if you want to proof) ok and i forgot you had to do /ad ok i don't mind getting muted because i accidentally did that, what im concerned about is i got muted for 3 Days... why... i mean i could understand if i said something racist, or bypassed the chat filter, but for accidentally saying the name of my server? and i even said "ffs" right after because i knew i accidentally said it and really hoped staff saw my "ffs" and understood and just maybe cleared a section of chat or warned me or something maybe a 1-8 hour mute? but no... i got 3 days and i think its messed up and i tried to say something else to explain in chat but i got muted within 3s like they knew exactly to mute me for 3 days Without even Thinking, i think staff should message a player and confront them before outright punishing them, i mean Mistakes happen people.
