GUI Shop issues

So I downloaded GUI Shop through the built in plugins. I downloaded vault, essentialsx and silk spawners along with it. I have restarted my server 3 times and each time any guishop command is not recognized.  /shop is returned as an unknown command, despite the config telling me that's how you open shop. Im very confused and any help would be appreciated!

Did you restart the server after you installed the plugin??

I also recommend doing /help and find the command that is for the plugin or just watch a YouTube video, I don't really use gui shop plugins sorry, my knowledge with this plugin is short ☹

Yes ive done everything you have said, still doesnt work. Its honestly very frustrating as I don't know what to do from here.

Hmm I don't know what to do from here either sorry
