I Really Need A Item That When You Rigght Click On It You Teleport To A Specific Place

You need to be more specific about what item to be used to teleport you and where to teleport you but here is an example:

on right click:
    if player's tool is diamond sword:
        teleport player to location(100, 60, 100, world("world"))

When they right click a diamond sword, they get teleported to the xyz coordinates 100, 60, 100 in the world named "world".
