Minecraft crashes after i join my server

When I join my server and when I move, my minecraft instantly crashes and I get this message: (image is below)

I have tried to lower the "render distance: chunks" and "simulation distance" and I've actually lowered most things in hope that it won't crash again, but nothing has worked, I have switched between minecraft versions aswell..
Does someone know what to do? Very much appreciated!
