compass menu

so i saw a skript where you right click with a custom compass and it brings you to a menu with all of the warps and stuff like that and i would like that if its possible

on right click holding compass:
    create a gui with virtual chest inventory named "&aWarps":
        format gui slot 1 with coal named "coal warp":
            teleport player to {coal}
        format gui slot 2 with iron named "iron warp":
            teleport player to {iron}
    open last gui to player
