How do I make ranks on my server?

I've had a minehut server for a while now, and I wanted to make ranks. The tutorial I've tried is a bit outdated, and the website has changed. I've been really confused on how to put in plugins and stuff like that. I also I can't find out how to make commands anymore, if you can help me, please tell me how or find a video.

ok so install luck perms then do /creategroup group name

after that do /lp editor what ever plugins you have like playtime that you want to give to members

click the link and find the group you want

then

there should be a bar in the bottom and click every perm you want to give.

After set it to true its on the right. Then add it and press save on top right 

Then copy and paste the code it gave you when u saved in game.
