Unusual trouble with adding Datapacks

I am trying to add datapacks to my world and I don't want to upload all of the files manually, so I've zipped up my datapack files so that I can simply drag them into the datapack folder. For some reason, minehut cannot access the files of datapacks that I've zipped on my own computer (it says in the console that it cannot access the pack.mcmeta of those files), but it can access datapacks that I've downloaded in a zipped format (i.e. a Terralith zip download from Planet Minecraft) and run them just fine.

How can I zip up my other datapacks in a way that allows minehut to properly access and run them? For reference, I use a Mac.

If you can, find a site that automatically zips them upon publishing, I believe mediafire will do this, however I am not sure.

Okay. I'll try it and see if it works. I tried two other ones and they didn't work, but maybe this one will.

One problem: how do I compress files in Mediafire Basic? Bulk download is only for Mediafire Pro, and I can't seem to find any other download/compress options.
