So I have a server where the server game mode is set to adventure. This is so that no one can join and break anything if they figure out what our server name is. I ran into a problem where I had a friend join and I set their game mode to survival but they still couldn't break blocks. Does anyone know why this is happening or how to fix this? They can break stuff when they are op'd but not normally. I also believe that there is no current spawn protection. Thank you for any help you can give.
