Minehut servers change Ip every startup?

Hello!
So one of my plugins requires a license and to prevent leaking the plugin has a built in kinda leak prevent system. What I mean by that is if multiple Ip's use the same license the plugin will freak out at you. I guess minehut changes the server's ip (not domain) every restart? Why is this?

It's probably just how their system works where when you start a server, it doesn't always start on the same computer.
