How can I disable plugins?

Currently having an issue with a skript, console is telling me "Something went horribly wrong with skript" etc and to disable certain plugins one by one, is there a way I can disable them or do I have to uninstall them? If I were to uninstall them it would mess up some unrelated skripts.

I found that an easy way is to temporarily rename the plugin jar files (if they are custom uploads, won't work if they're installed from the addon panel) by adding something random like .off at the end
