how do i get unbanned from minehut

i accidentally forgot to write the / while joining a server and then a few seconds later it bans me because it thinks im a bot and for some reason im not allowed to write an appeal at https://forums.minehut.com/forum/24-player-appeals/ ???? like seriously, wth

I got banned for a bot also and I cant find a place to appeal. So frustrating!
