Lost Progress

I spent 5 hours on my world progress and now it's completly gone I went away for 10 minutes than came back and completly everything was gone!!! How can I get it back I know I have to press save all but I forgot. Could you please help me

You need to make sure that you do /save-all before leaving/shutting down your server. Considering that’s you have previously saved your word via the control panel, I would recommend creating a support ticket (at https://minehut.com/support, scroll down and click the blue Contact Support button) and asking if they have a backup of your world stored somewhere.
