Got banned because I was joking about something.

I tried joining my favourite minehut server "BoxMiningX" and when I tried to join it said I got perma banned for "releasing personal info". I don't know what I did. So basically I've been joking about promoting my twitch channel and when I was playing on box miner yesterday someone joined, and as a joke I sent a link to my twitch, but I didn't get banned instantly. Maybe it was because when I was in the minehut lobby I accidentally sent this: BoxMiningX.MineHut.GG (sorry if I wasnt supposed to send that in minehut forums). What should I do?

minehut barely ever checks the forums, and when they do, it's not to unmute people. it's to post stupid announcements. i got muted for 2 weeks. how? i kept getting falsely muted, and every time, i never told them about me getting muted. until i hit 1 week. i submitted a unmute appeal, and within a day someone told me that minehut didn't care. the message was everywhere. minehut doesn't care. if any admins are reading this, please properly read the forums. this wasn't mean to be insulting. i just want the people working at minehut to check the unmute appeals.
