Reporting a player

Recently a player by the name Mystogam joined the server I had with friends. We don't know them so we found it strange. They somehow had a full set of armor almost immediately with a weapon and a shield. They proceeded to troll and kill all of us leading us to believe they were hacking. We shut down our server that we spent lots of time on because they refused to leave. How do I report them?

That is totally uncool! However, each server have their own rules that the owners or admins enforce except for a few exceptions. If this is not your server, you can report it to the server admins so it can be handled accordingly.
