I know that it stops villagers lowering their prices, but I've been trying for like two hours to get a librarian that trades an efficiency V book, and I've gone through almost three iron axes replacing the lectern. Are there certain books such as the one I am trying for that are blocked by paper.yml?
I am not the server admin so I can't check for myself or do anything about it. I just want to know if I'm wasting my time going for efficiency V.
