Whenever I start my server it never starts and always teleports me to the lobby! NEED HELP!

Whenever I start my server it never starts and always teleports me to the lobby, so I cannot play on it with my friends. I was trying to start it from the minehut website, but it says "AN UNKNOWN ERROR OCCURED". The interesting thing is that, when i look on my server on the server list it doesnt show its name and MOTD, but a message "A VELOCITY SERVER". This bug or anything it is, is just so annoying. Please respond and help.
