Broadcast plugin / skript?

Hey guys, I've been looking for a plugin that automatically broadcasts a random message from a list i set at a changeable interval. I've tried a few, but they don't work how i want them to. 

So, if anybody knows of a plugin / skript that broadcasts a random message from a list at a set interval, please link it here!
