Server won't start

Hello.

Recently I've been having problems with creating a server and starting it up. I am trying to make a flat land server with creative set as the automatic gamemode, no mobs spawning, peaceful, etc. I did that all while the server was starting up for the first time, then I would reset it. I don't know if that was too much at once? It would say starting but not start for a long time. In the console it said, "Loading Libraries. please wait." and it would say that multiple times followed by a bunch of code that I cannot read. Please help I just want to make a themepark with my cousins. I'd like to add that this has happened many times throughout many other servers.

Hey! 

I would first try to use the Repair Files function on your Server Dashboard under Danger Zone. Simply click the button saying "Reapir Files" and wait a while, then, restart your server! In case it still doesn't start up try to reset it. Since you don't have any progress on the server that shouldn't be a problem! You can also do that under Danger Zone! Once again, simply click a button, wait a while and restart!
