I got banned for using bot

Can someone please help/unban me in minehut i could not get support at (https://forums.minehut.com/appeal) so please can someone say to or please unban me at minehut ( GameChef69 )

Because it says you were banned for bot behaviour appeal at https://forums.minehut.com/appeal but i am always waiting for 30 minutes straight and i have to do other stuff like eat/homework/school

so please listen
