Issues With Downloading My Minehut World

Hey,
Recently after the 1.17 update me and my friends have evacuated our long-running minehut world due to lag. A few days ago I tried to download the world from the minehut panel to no avail. Eventually it gives me a Error 504 message saying "The request could not be satisfied." I've tried on different accounts, browsers, internet providers... nothing. I've looked in my files, but due to not being the owner of the server it doesn't appear in my saved worlds. If anyone has any tips for me and my guys that would be greatly appriciated. If you have a big world, you can try downloading the world from the panel in smaller parts instead of the whole world at once
