An easier way to edit my plugin

I make some spigot plugins, but the process is a bit annoying when I make new changes to the jar. Currently, I have to save my jar, then go into the minehut file manager, delete the original jar, upload the new jar, and finally reload the server. Is there an easier way to do it?

You can use a local test server to make the plugin, and upload the finished jar
