i need some help

my best friend was baned from minehut for boting but i know they didnt do anything dose anyone know why this hapend or what we should do 

 

they have been playing on minehut for a long time and i know they love it they whould never bot it plz someone tell us why this hapend

 

when they try to join it says

 

&7You have been banned for &cForever &7for &cBot&7. &7Botting is not allowed. Your account has most likely been compromised. Is this incorrect? Appeal at forums.minehut.com/appeal

Hey!

Botting clearly is against the Minehut rules. However as you said your friend surely didnt bot since he loves Minehut (...) I would highly suggest your friend to appeal here. Sadly you cant appeal a ban on the forums anymore so the best way to go is contacting support!
