Server Wont start

i tried starting it  about 3 hours ago, and tried again 5 mins ago, but i couldnt start it. I clcik the start button and it begins to startup but it cancels the startup and goes back to being Offline. I havent installed any plugins; changed any settings that could do this and i dont know why its happening

Umm if you don't have anything in the server, you could do what I did when this happened to me earlier today, and force reset your server, completely wiping it clean. When I did this after completely wiping it clean, the server started for me. Sorry if you do have progress in the server, and need a different way to help this, because I don't know how to do that.
