I made a very big mistake when logging in for the first time and after a week I'm now noticing my horrible mistake

So, my Gmail account that I used to login to Minehunt is/was jeffswager296@gmail.com, and after a week of playing on my new server I'm now noticing that instead of using my actual Gmail account I logged on with the Gmail jeffswager269@gmail.com. 

I'm now struggling to find a way to get the server back in my own hands because I'm unable to manage any of the plugins/server-pop/game settings... 

The ip of the server is sirvivsmp.minehunt.gg and It would mean the world to me if in any possible the server/world could be transferred to 'my' account instead of whoever's account jeffswager269 is.

to conclude I made a big mistake by using the jeffswager269 Gmail instead of my jeffswager296 Gmail when logging in and im now locked out of my server

if any mod/admin of authority has the ability to fix this issue it would mean the world to me!

 

Ps: my discord is Flux#8884, I'm currently in School and will be able to respond a lot quicker their.

PPs: I know the Gmail has 69 in it, sorry if that goes agenized any age restricted language. I never intended to be having this conversation.

 

 

If anyone could help me get the attention of any admin/mod on the server that could help me fix this issue it would be amazing!
