Nothing changed to the world in Pixelmon Reforged Addon

When I finally fixed the issue of the bug that your server wont start, I join the world (with the Pixelmon Reforged Addon installed) and nothing has happened to the world, which my first reason was that it should offer you a starter when you spawn, but nothing happened.

I ran into the same issue and did a bit of investigation. It appears that pixelmon is not actually being installed at the moment. If you go to "File Manager" and then navigate to "mods" you should see a Pixelmon...-universal.jar which at least for me was not there. If you uninstall pixlemon and check the uninstall log it has an error for not being able to find the before mentioned Pixelmon...-universal.jar.

I am not sure what other files aren't being installed but at the minimum the .jar is not being installed. Hopefully the devs are looking into it.
