what does this mean in the console

whenever i try to start my server it stops by itself and i went into console and it said

does it keep happeneing if so i hope you have a backup cause if you dont there is no way to fix it i tried everything for me but i luckily had a backup from the day before if you dont you'l have to completely reset your server sorry
