I set my tick speed to high

So my friend who owns the server set the tick speed too high and the server crashed.
Now when i join back there is only 1 chunk loaded and /gamerule doesn't work. How do i fix it?

You can go to https://irath96.github.io/webNBT/ and upload your level.dat folder, in the Data tab if you click it, it should also show gamerule if you look down or scroll. Click it, then set your randomTickSpeed gamerule. Once you've done that hit save. Then make sure the file is named "level.dat", if it is then delete the previous one in your server and upload that one.

Just run the command /gamerule randomTickSpeed 3 in console while the server is online but DO NOT join. And make sure the command is exactly like that because it is case sensitive. After running that command, then you should be able to join.
