CratesPlus wont work!

This is what my console gives me upon starting the server and I can't do any commands regarding the plugin, no where in the config does it say disabled or enabled. someone help please.

Im not sure but if there is any other plugin you need for it to work install that if not then you have to delete and reinstall the plugin if that still doesn't work i recommend changing to a different plugin.
